  We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We called because we noticed a strong smoky smell in our living room every time we used the fireplace. The office was very professional, explained the entire process, and scheduled us for the very next day. The technician arrived exactly within the appointment window, carefully inspected both the fireplace and the chimney using a camera system, and showed us live footage of the inside of the flue. He found years of heavy creosote buildup along with a partially blocked chimney cap caused by leaves and bird nesting materials. He thoroughly cleaned the chimney from top to bottom, removed all of the debris, replaced the damaged chimney cap with a stainless steel one, and made sure the entire venting system was operating safely. Before leaving, he cleaned the entire work area so well that you couldn't even tell the service had been performed inside the house. We used our fireplace that same evening and immediately noticed the difference—no smoke, no odor, and a much stronger draft.   I rarely write reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. We needed a complete chimney inspection before selling our home, and they exceeded every expectation. The technician performed a very detailed Level 2 chimney inspection with a camera, inspected the chimney crown, flashing, brickwork, liner, firebox, smoke chamber, and chimney cap. He documented everything with photos and explained every finding in simple terms. He found several cracked mortar joints near the top of the chimney that could eventually allow water to enter and cause structural damage. Instead of trying to sell unnecessary repairs, he prioritized what actually needed immediate attention and what could safely wait. After completing the repairs, he sealed the crown, repointed the damaged brick joints, installed a new chimney cap, and provided us with a detailed inspection report that we were able to use during the home sale. Professional, honest, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable.

  Our fireplace had not been serviced in almost eight years, and we knew it was overdue. From the moment the technician arrived, we could tell he truly cared about doing the job correctly. He covered the floors with protective drop cloths, carefully sealed the fireplace opening to prevent dust from entering the house, and used professional vacuum equipment throughout the cleaning process. After removing years of soot and creosote buildup, he performed a complete safety inspection and discovered a cracked chimney liner that could have become a serious fire hazard. He clearly explained why the liner needed to be replaced, showed us actual photos from inside the chimney, and answered every question without any pressure.
